Latin America 2021 Conference COVID-19 INFORMATION
Before travelling to the conference please consider whether you have any COVID-19 symptoms or have been asked to self-isolate – if so please do not travel to or attend the conference. You may be turned away if you have Covid symptoms.
Friends House is accredited as a Covid-secure venue. They have strict guidelines and clear signage, they have arranged public areas with social distancing in mind. Hand sanitiser is readily available in high traffic areas which are subject to regular cleaning especially high touchpoint areas. Venue staff will wear PPE for selected tasks. In meeting rooms to improve air flow, we will aim to leave the windows and doors open, where possible. We may have to limit access to particular workshops due to limited capacities.
The organisers of this event encourage social distancing where possible and wearing of facemasks inside the building especially in busy areas. There may be one way systems in corridors to assist social distancing. Further measures before and on the day may be introduced as regards Covid safety and to follow the latest government guidelines.
